Data Processing Consent

I, the personal data subject (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data,” hereby give my consent to Limited Liability Company “Atlas” (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), OGRN 1197746514855, INN 7704499533, KPP 770401001, located at: 119048, Moscow, intracity territory of the municipal district Khamovniki, 4 Kooperativnaya St., bldg. 15, premises 1/3, to process any information specified by me on the Website (including, without limitation: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, dissemination (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction, as well as the performance of any other actions with my personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation), and I confirm that by giving such consent, as the User, I act of my own free will and in my own interest, as well as in the interests of third parties. ● The scope of personal data provided by the User includes the following: last name, first name, patronymic; email address; telephone numbers; year, month, date, and place of birth; User’s location; information about education, profession, specialty and qualifications; details of educational documents; information about previously held positions and employment history, military obligation and registration; and other information contained in the résumé (CV) and voluntarily provided by the User in the text of the form and/or in the attached file. ● The purposes of processing the User’s personal data are the performance of the functions, powers, and obligations of the employer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, including: consideration of the User’s candidacy for filling vacant positions with the Operator; evaluation of the User’s professional and personal qualities; organization of interviews with the User; communication with the User on employment matters, including sending notifications, invitations, and requests; formation of the Operator’s talent pool, accessible via the Internet at: https://buroatlas.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). ● This consent is granted for the following actions (operations) with the personal data specified herein: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction — performed both with and without the use of automation tools (automated and non-automated processing). ● The User understands and agrees that providing the Operator with any information about themselves that is not contact-related and not relevant to the purposes of this consent, as well as providing information constituting state, banking, and/or commercial secrets, or information concerning racial and/or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health condition, or intimate life, is prohibited. ● If the User decides to provide any information (data) to the Operator, the User undertakes to provide only accurate and up-to-date information and shall not mislead the Operator regarding their identity or provide false or inaccurate information about themselves. ● The User understands and agrees that the Operator does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User, has no means of assessing the User’s legal capacity, and relies on the assumption that the User has provided accurate personal data. ● This consent remains valid until the purposes of processing have been achieved or when the necessity to achieve these purposes no longer exists, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation. ● Consent to the processing of personal data uploaded on the Website shall be deemed received by the Operator from the moment the User clicks the “Submit” button located at the end of the form on the Website. ● This consent to the processing of personal data remains valid until it is withdrawn by the User. Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time by sending an official letter signed by an authorized representative of the User to the Operator at the following address: info@buroatlas.com ● The Operator undertakes, within three (3) business days from the moment of receiving notice of withdrawal of consent to the processing of the User’s personal data, to cease processing, destroy the data, and notify the User of the destruction of their personal data. ● This consent applies exclusively to the User’s personal data posted on the Operator’s Website.
